The song is The 7th Day by Dream Evil, a band a little too heavily influenced by the madly cheesy 80's band Manowar. They're a good group, their lyrics are just horrible.

I still find the concept of the strip funny. See, to me, the lyric "On the seventh day, heavy metal was born" is pretty much the heavy metal equivalent of "even white boys got to shout baby got back".
